Responsibility

  • we are now looking to recruit Customer Service Team Manager to join our friendly team at our head office
  • this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic person who has a real passion for customer service
  • the Dabangg Hospitality Group are experts in luxury dining and the team behind popular hospitality brands Sakku Samba, Estabulo, Ikaro, SAKKU, Caffe Noor, Fleur and Casa Peri Peri
  • the group boasts a portfolio of impressive restaurants across the UK with the development of new restaurant concepts and procurement of new venues a constant
  • at present, the Dabangg Hospitality group has approximately 600 employees as their team continues to grow and expand in line with their success
  • working with our Restaurants brands , our coffee shop and our Head Office, you will personalise our team’s interaction with our customers, providing support and outcomes to best suit that customers’ needs
  • working with our external PR Team, ensuring that all social media is attended to

Requirements

  • exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
  • presentation skills and customer services knowledge
  • outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
  • good understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • ensuring the online presence relating to our business is up to date and correct, this includes pricing, promotions and competitions
