Responsibility

  • managing day to day reservation bookings and enquiries for multiple sites via phone or email
  • processing accurate and timely confirmations
  • positively marketing our concept to those that enquire
  • the reservations office is open from 9am – 7pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times
  • you will be working within a team of 10 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager

Requirements

  • previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable
  • A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential
  • knowledge of Sevenrooms and opentable is a plus, though training will be provided for successful candidates
