Responsibility

  • take autonomy of the employee relation cases across the business and support Managers
  • act as business ethics champion
  • ensure the business is up to date with employment law
  • work closely with finance guiding with salaried payroll information
  • work closely as and when required with external legal team
  • monitor absence and attendance across the business
  • oversee recruitment process
  • complete yearly audits on HR documentation in line with ISO9001 requirements

Requirements

  • previous experience in HR management
  • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent
  • previous manufacturing experience is desirable
  • set up a formal HR function from ground up is desirable
