D KELLY SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:
- take autonomy of the employee relation cases across the business and support Managers
- act as business ethics champion
- ensure the business is up to date with employment law
- work closely with finance guiding with salaried payroll information
- work closely as and when required with external legal team
- monitor absence and attendance across the business
- oversee recruitment process
- complete yearly audits on HR documentation in line with ISO9001 requirements
- previous experience in HR management
- CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent
- previous manufacturing experience is desirable
- set up a formal HR function from ground up is desirable
