- be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion, as well as road testing vehicles
- be fully-qualified to level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or have equivalent time served experience
- have a proven track record of quality workmanship and possess good electrical diagnostic skills
- motor Vehicle Mechanics: 3 years
- show a good understanding of computer skills, as tablets are used on a daily basis
