  • carry out cutting, bending, forming, and other manipulation processes to required specifications
  • ensure machines are functioning correctly and carry out basic maintenance and safety checks
  • work to production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • inspect finished materials for accuracy, defects, and compliance with technical drawings
  • maintain a clean and organised workstation
  • follow all company health and safety policies
  • collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements

  • previous experience in a manufacturing or machine-operating environment
  • FLT license
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • good problem-solving skills in a practical workshop environment
  • willingness to work a rotating split-shift pattern
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
