- ensuring customers are kept informed with progress of their new home
- effectively liaising with the site manager to ensure good knowledge of plot construction, progress and safe areas for viewing
- ensuring customers have first class customer service throughout the home buying process. Responsible for the customer journey from reservation to legal completion
- ensuring the general presentation of the site and sales arena is of a high standard
