representing the company in sales negotiation and administrative duties in an effective and timely manner
achieving sales in line with agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis
conducting show home and stock plots viewings
proactively managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
ensuring customers are kept informed with progress of their new home
effectively liaising with the site manager to ensure good knowledge of plot construction, progress and safe areas for viewing
ensuring customers have first class customer service throughout the home buying process. Responsible for the customer journey from reservation to legal completion
ensuring the general presentation of the site and sales arena is of a high standard
