• representing the company in sales negotiation and administrative duties in an effective and timely manner
• achieving sales in line with agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis

• proactively managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
• ensuring customers are kept informed with progress of their new home
• effectively liaising with the site manager to ensure good knowledge of plot construction, progress and safe areas for viewing
• ensuring customers have first class customer service throughout the home buying process. Responsible for the customer journey from reservation to legal completion
• ensuring the general presentation of the site and sales arena is of a high standard
• building and maintaining good working relationships within the team
• compliant with company procedures, including ensuring customers and colleagues adhere to health and safety procedures
