Responsibility

  • engage cross-functionally across our customers’ organizations and be the primary technical point of contact for our customers
  • deliver process automations in remote or onsite client engagements to drive successful adoption and increase consumption of Cyclone products and solutions
  • design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows and create reusable components
  • be an evangelist of Cyclone’s product and solution by identifying customer needs and formulating the best solution
  • implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • build and deliver customized industry-specific demos for new prospects and clients
  • analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them
  • understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
