Responsibility
- provide dedicated support to all Pacific Cycle customers by being a central point of contact for telephone calls and email queries
- manage workload effectively to ensure all end consumer queries are answered within agreed SLAs
- including, processing of sales orders, orderbook management, and arranging booking slots in line with customer requirements
- liaise with the warehouse team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled on time in full
- complete all product set up forms as required and ensure product representation meets brand requirements
- including sales orders, product enquiries, delivery, inventory requests, customer complaints, technical information, aftersales, and general inquiries, and communicate in a professional and timely manner
- build and maintain excellent relationships with customers through effective customer service and working collaboratively with the buying and merchandising teams adapting to their specific needs
- communicate with the Warranty team and assist where necessary to ensure a positive outcome for end consumers
