Responsibility

  • liaise with RA and our MAHs for the submission of our material to the FDA before release
  • assist in the preparation of marketing material using annotations in Adobe PDF editor
  • keep on top of material production, being proactive to ensure deadlines are met, delivered on time and to regulation requirements
  • oversee the release and recall material process to ensure expired material is recalled from use and new material is released
  • assist in the running of the online print portal “Storefront” with our print house in the US
  • administer marketing material and uploading it onto our CMS system , raise placeholders and monitor the review and approval process ensuring deadlines are met
  • maintain and build good relationships with our stakeholders
  • adhoc reporting and analysis on competitors, products, and digital marketing
