Responsibility
- installing, configuring, and testing audio-visual systems in our workshop and on client premises
- providing on-site support and troubleshooting for AV systems
- conducting regular maintenance and upgrades on existing systems, including accurate tracking of clients’ installed technology and software/firmware versions
- work with support technicians and colleagues to diagnose and resolve issues with clients’ technical issues
- providing training and guidance to clients on the use of AV equipment
- ensuring all current projects are completed to brief within the required timescales
- manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritise workload to ensure projects remain on schedule
- be proactive in suggesting new methods, technologies and techniques to improve efficiency, system performance and reliability
