Responsibility
- assisting the Service Delivery Manager for all service delivery tasks, issues and projects
- as required, undertake Service Delivery Review meetings
- maintain the Service Delivery Review meeting folder on CSA SharePoint
- add new opportunities into CSA ticket management system, then reviewing, updating and requesting progress updates
- assist with the onboarding of projects and all associated management, through inception until BAU
- maintain and build on excellent client relationships
- CSA is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to work alongside and for the CSA Service Delivery Manager and work with the Sales Support Manager
- respond to general client service delivery queries via phone, email and instant messaging systems
