Responsibility

  • develop, deliver and monitor compelling awareness and lead generation campaigns for the customer engagement and loyalty team
  • be responsible for the implementation of the marketing plans and content to successfully launch new programmes and services
  • work closely with the sales director maximise conversion
  • revise and take ownership of all marketing collateral relevant to the customer engagement and loyalty team
  • help reactivate lapsed clients
  • build an in-depth knowledge of the loyalty market
  • develop an excellent understanding of the target audiences and promotional channels
  • meet new clients and potential future clients in person where/when relevant

Requirements

  • our Client provides award winning loyalty solutions for some of the worlds biggest brands
  • we are looking for a Customer Loyalty Marketing Manager
  • 3 years of experience in managing a customer engagement and loyalty programme
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • deeply in tune with buyer needs and Relationship building
  • A thorough understanding of the UK
  • excellent written / oral communication and presentation skills
