- we are now looking to expand and strengthen by employing two Nottingham based site supervisors who will report directly to management
- working across various sectors with the construction industry in mainly London and the south
- accommodation and vehicle will be provided

- as a team member of CWP Group you must be approachable, and it is key to have good communication skills with all team members
- you will be required to lead a team of contractors on site, liaise with project managers throughout job progression, and attend teams meetings in Nottingham on Monday mornings to discuss work expectations and load appropriate materials on the vans before heading down south to site

Requirements
- proven experience in works management or a related field
- strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, quality control, and schematics interpretation
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions
- strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred but can be supplied for the right candidate
- must have own tools
