- client management
- maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients
- communicating with clients, keeping them up to date on the progress of their tasks and results of completed campaigns
- effective delivery of day-to-day projects/campaigns for a handful of key clients
- ensure projects are managed effectively and completed on time, within budget and in line with strategies outlined in proposals/retainer agreements
- work closely with members of the CW Marketing team to create work of a suitably high standard
- have a keen eye on performance against the client KPIs
- provide monthly client reports to effectively communicate the results of what activities are being carried out
Requirements
- min 2-3 years experience in an agency environment is essential
- ideally experienced working within the e-commerce industry
- confident presenting and liaising with clients
- have a commercial mindset with a focus on results for clients
- excellent client communication skills, verbal and written
- digital marketing: 3 years
- strong organisation and time management skills
- SEO: 2 years
