  • experience in analysing information and large volumes of data, identifying key risks, making judgements, and presenting key issues and recommendations to management

Responsibility

  • responsible for recruitment, training, and development of all team members
  • escalation point for complaints and conflicts
  • escalation point for Consumers including those who are vulnerable and at risk
  • working collaboratively, coaching, and mentoring colleagues in technical knowledge and interactions with firms/consumers and other stakeholders
  • confidently leading meetings and presenting to senior management
  • proactively and efficiently managing a varied portfolio of work, whilst initiating and leading continuous improvement initiatives through applying basic project management skills and shaping the direction of the department
