- make daily decisions on what materials are require to undertake tasks
- quality assurance & snagging
- be willing to carry out tasks on an adhoc basis that require hand and power tools
- be willing to carry out general maintenance tasks such as, gardening, cleaning & organising, painting & decorating
- ensure at all times a safe working environment and follow all company processes and site rules
- carry out routine inspections of both sites and report any defects to facilities management
