- cushman and Wakefield are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their Facilities Management division
- provide monthly health and safety management reports in an agreed format to the Account Manager
- undertake audits to ensure compliance with central C&W policies and procedures
- act as the ‘competent person’ for the account with overall responsibility for ensuring that all operations are legally compliant and in line with central C&W health and safety policies/procedures
- as a part of the core team, the person in this role will be responsible for the HSSE governance across a number of client accounts; ensuring implementation of corporate Health and Safety policies/procedures, alignment of these with the service delivery of the account and provide a consultative support whenever required
Requirements
- NEBOSH H&S Diploma or equivalent
- A knowledge of the facilities and property management industry
- excellent communication and engagement skills
- numeracy and computer literacy
- A good understanding of the requirements of maintaining and improving an effective health and safety management system
- the knowledge and understanding to undertake fire, general H&S and DSE assessments
- have previous knowledge of setting up health and safety management systems within large organisations utilising electronic risk management compliance monitoring tools
