Responsibility

  • daily monitoring of our centralised finance mailbox
  • daily Bank reconciliation and payment allocations for all bank accounts
  • weekly payment provider Reconciliation and postings
  • investigating unidentified payments or receipts across the Bank
  • support in posting Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • calculating Sales Agent commission
  • sending Statement and dealing with customer account queries
  • monthly credit control chasing

Requirements

  • must have some experience working across a fast paced transactional / finance department
  • strong IT and Analytical Skills
  • account Reconciliation experience beneficial
  • solid attention to detail / Organisational and team player
  • experienced in Cash Allocation would be beneficial
