Responsibility
- running and reviewing payrolls
- assist with the management of the workflow for the payroll team, monitor time allocations, budgets and deadlines
- supervising a small team, helping to grow and develop their knowledge and skills
- liaise with clients to build relationships, develop payroll systems and ensure payroll data accuracy
- provide technical advice and respond to ad hoc queries
- prepare relevant forms as required
- provide a complete payroll service for a range of clients of various sizes and from a diverse range of businesses, some director only some company payrolls
- provide a pension auto enrolment service to clients
