we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team at CurrentBody
this is an office based role with four days a week in the office and home-working every Wednesday
manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and complies with necessary legislation
support with budget planning and preparation of payroll
as the first business to recognise one of the fastest-growing trends in the industry, we’re on a mission to bring all the benefits that beauty devices offer to every home, worldwide
act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing an exceptional level of customer care
Requirements
demonstrable experience in an office management or related role
excellent organisational and multitasking skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of HR policies and processes
ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise tasks
detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
knowledge of the consumer goods industry is a plus
