Working hours

Responsibility

  • supervise the bar staff and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • order stock and manage inventory levels to ensure that the bar is always fully stocked
  • clean and maintain the beer lines to ensure the quality of the drinks served
  • organize and maintain the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, ensuring proper storage, and arranging seating and tables
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar area
  • manage the till and cash handling procedures, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
  • work with the management team to develop and implement new promotions, events, and menu items to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Requirements

  • previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • knowledge of bar operations, including ordering, stock management, and cash handling
  • excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A strong commitment to health and safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
