Responsibility

  • curious Cat Digital are a fast-growing boutique digital marketing agency specialising in Fintech and financial services
  • the role will be hybrid, with 1-2 days in the Marlborough office
  • genuine progression is on offer as the agency grows
  • we are looking for a Digital Project Manager with demonstrable agency experience, adept at managing one-off projects alongside delivery of services for long-term retained clients
  • the successful candidate will enjoy managing multiple projects concurrently, champion best practice project management across the team and have enthusiasm for delivering high-quality work, on time and on budget for the agency’s client portfolio
  • provide regular project status updates and team metrics to the Directors to provide visibility over project health and team effectiveness
  • develop detailed project plans, assign roles and responsibilities, and continually monitor progress

Requirements

  • experience using HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms
  • knowledge of inbound marketing, demand generation and ABM
  • results-focussed and committed to helping clients achieve their marketing and sales objectives
  • experience managing senior stakeholders and corporate level clients
  • communicate effectively and efficiently with AMs and project teams to ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • have a broad understanding of campaign planning for B2B marketing strategy including demand generation, inbound and ABM
  • be positive and a force for good in the agency – even when faced with difficult problems. Be solutions focussed
  • know when to escalate issues upwards, to the right people when issues occur
