Requirements
previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred
knowledge of HACCP principles and practices

carry out trouble shooting exercises to ensure root cause correction, identifying and executing process adjustments when required
liaise with suppliers & customers to ensure delivery, quality standards & FIFO of all products
ensure high standards of hygiene & 5S are met in your production area
comply to ES, Quality and HACCP standards, raising any concerns and report incidents within the department to your line manager
A key part of the Warehousing & Distribution team you will be responsible for stock control, FIFO, receipt of filled goods, raw materials and packaging materials as well as product loading for distribution
ensure efficiency within loading times, plan attainment and capacity. Support packaging operations at the Brewery when required
Requirements
you should be hard working, practical, with a good eye for detail. Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferential
A valid FLT license is required
you should have the ability and willingness to learn the technical elements of the Brewing & Warehousing processes via further study, both classroom and OTJ

Requirements
strong leadership and team management capabilities to supervise brewhouse operators, cellar operators, and packagers
knowledge of HACCP requirements, health & safety protocols, and quality assurance standards
ability to troubleshoot operational and quality issues effectively and work collaboratively with quality and maintenance teams
previous experience in a brewing or beverage production environment with responsibility for production schedules and quality compliance
understanding of SOPs, preventative maintenance plans, and ability to adapt work instructions to ensure compliance
ability to manage KPIs related to extract, delivery, and operational efficiency
in-depth understanding of brewing processes, including wort production, yeast management, fermentation monitoring, filtration, and packaging. Hold a CIBD General Certificate in Brewing as a minimum
experience in handling disciplinary proceedings, return-to-work interviews, and investigations
