Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- produce accurate and timely monthly Management Accounts
- be accountable for cash flow and forecasts
- produce annual Budget and maintain rolling 3-year financial plan
- attend meetings of Trustees
- oversee year end audit process and production of Statutory Accounts, in conjunction with the Charity’s auditors
- bank and investments monthly reconciliations
- liaise with payroll bureau on any changes to salaries, starters / leavers etc
- continuously monitor and improve the financial and reporting systems to ensure they meet the developing needs of the charity
Requirements
- be a qualified accountant or QBE would be considered
- previous experience of being responsible for monthly management accounts submission
- able to communicate clearly with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial
- have previous experience of budget creation and setting
