Responsibility
- manage starter and leaver process
- absence management
- administration of the annual review process

- develop personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance to line managers
- advice on matters such as absence and health issues, conduct and capability, discipline and grievance
- provide accurate information for the monthly payroll and work with the payroll team to update, streamline and improve processes
- ad hoc projects at the direction of the Joint Senior Partners and directors
- compensation and benefits: pension, group life, private medical, cycle to work, employee referrals
- work with the management team to ensure compliance with GDPR, Anti Money Laundering regulations, Health & Safety responsibilities and The Property Ombudsman code of practice
Requirements
- CIPD qualified with an understanding of HR best practice and current regulations
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- IT literate and strong MS Office skills
