Responsibility
- cunninghame Furniture Recycling Company is a subsidiary company of the award winning registered social landlord Cunninghame Housing Association
- CFRC was established to find new homes for unwanted furniture across Ayrshire and generate job and training opportunities for local residents
- we are currently recruiting for the following post to be based within our furniture showroom in Irvine
Contract type
- applications are sought from experienced drivers with supervisory skills and experience of working in a warehouse environment
- closing date for receipt of completed applications is 12 noon Wednesday 25th October 2023
- closing date for receipt of completed applications is 12 noon Wednesday 5th July 2023
- the postholder will drive, load and unload CFRC vans, safely transporting furniture and white goods to and from CFRC premises to customer’s homes and Civic Amenity sites; carry out house clearances and other contract work; and assist in the safe and efficient operation of CFRC’s warehouse and showroom premises
- the postholder will require to supervise other staff members during the collection and delivery of furniture and when carrying out house clearances
