Responsibility

  • we require a Contracts Manager, preferably with job pricing experience to join the team
  • candidate must have proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, with a hands on approach
  • manage initial enquires through a procurement process
  • developing projects into working schemes
  • day to day running of onsite works from commencement to completion
  • ensure Health & Safety is always adhered to throughout the project
