Responsibility
- to be the day-to-day lead under the direction of the Business Manager for supporting, monitoring and maintaining all IT Services to a high quality and to provide end user support
- to be the onsite lead on the maintenance of accurate and up to date documentation and polices for all IT Services and to perform regular monitoring and maintenance of all IT Services and solutions
- ▪ Undertake any reasonable duty deemed necessary by the line manager
