Responsibility
- our crisis service provides a much needed holiday/break/bridging placement
- we are here to facilitate this
- proven ability to work on own initiative and be committed team player
- able to work a 2 on 4 off shift pattern with sleep overs
- our innovative Crisis Intervention Service provides immediate and short term solutions for Local Authorities struggling to find accommodation for the most challenging and vulnerable young people
- commit to a full training programme, and individual staff development
- whether it is time out from the young person’s current placement, a circuit breaker to address behaviours, or breathing space to provide time to find a more suitable placement
- be prepared to participate fully with the young people on activities, trips out holidays and support education where necessary
