Responsibility
providing day-to-day application support to clients, promptly addressing their questions and concerns via phone calls, email, and the service desk/ticketing system
actively monitoring the service desk tickets, creating, responding, and closing tickets based on the client feedback
ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering proactive and reactive support
collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and design tailored solutions using the platform
perform system configuration and setup based on client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation
provide ad-hoc and scheduled training to clients during onboarding activities, covering various areas of the system to meet their needs
take part in discovery sessions with clients to gather and understand their business processes and data capture needs
troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions, escalating to the technical team when necessary
