Requirements

  • proven experience as a Baker or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food production environment
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
  • excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when required
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings
  • A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable

Responsibility

  • conduct regular inventory checks of baking supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages or needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
