Requirements
proven experience as a Baker or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food production environment
strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation
ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when required
flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings
A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is highly desirable
Responsibility
conduct regular inventory checks of baking supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages or needs
maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
