Responsibility
- manage multiple projects simultaneously to maximise productivity, meet concurrent customer requests and ensure business growth can be achieved
- establish NPI timelines and work to deadlines to meet evolving customer demands
- communicate deadlines through regular meeting updates to ensure projects deliver on time
- identify additional resource/equipment needed for the production lines to meet NPD/I requirements
- consider the various constraints and complexities involved with introducing new product and packaging concepts into the factory environment
- check and approve introduction of new BOMs into manufacturing system
- conduct and oversee any necessary lab work required
- complete the factory trial request paperwork and subsequent trial write-up report to inform the production team and highlight issues early to allow us to resolve them efficiently
Requirements
- educated to degree level in a science or food related discipline, ideally to Masters level
- attention to detail and leadership qualities
- strong understanding of manufacturing procedures in a factory environment
- team member who can communicate effectively at all organisational levels and with customers
- capable of managing broad and demanding workload to ensure deadlines are met
- flexible and proactive approach
