you will deliver creative visual assets, digital static and some motion design that brings our brand to life
design compelling social layouts to support social messaging
print create marketing materials such as booklets and flyers for our PR, influencer and affiliates teams
packaging Creating idents and artwork for new product launches
creative input put together photographic briefs and working with our photography team to source props and execute
generate creative concepts and execute to different deliverables for seasonal promotions/products. Presenting finalised ideas to senior management team
digital design visual design across site, creating homepage banners, weekly emails, and landing pages for all campaigns and manage onsite content through our CMS
branding you will work with the Creative Lead on evolving the brand identity through the creation of digital assets and will be responsible for the up-keep of brand guidelines, sales packs, external/internal presentations and creative internal assets for the company

purpose of Role: The Buyer is responsible for strategically building, managing and reporting on the performance of brand and product offering for Cult Beauty in line with business KPIs
attends biannual strategy meetings with brands ensuring the Cult Beauty strategy and customer are at the heart of decision making when building joint business plans
monitors satisfaction with all brand partners to ensure best in class delivery
