Responsibility
- this exciting hands-on role will participate in all aspects of business support and development that has an IT component
- you will be involved in supporting IT projects in order to improve existing business systems
- working both as part of the UK and EMEA teams and stand alone, supporting internal customers onsite & in the field, to guarantee all users receive the best possible service
- as the IT Support Technician, you will work with the IT team providing first and second line support as well as troubleshooting for all hardware and software applications
- above all, you will be a great communicator, keen technologist, have great troubleshooting abilities and have a hunger to learn new skills and develop your career
- respond to calls raised within the helpdesk system in a timely and customer focused manner, escalating as appropriate to internal IT team members and 3rd party vendors
- you should have a passion for delivering excellent service to a range of customers and ideally have experience in working within complex and fast paced environments
- assist with documentation of all systems
