sales manager
Responsibility
- segment the live customer base and set targets for additional products, services and number of vehicles using Cubo products and services
- manage the Cubo Sales Team, Antrim and field based, with accountability for annual Telematics & Telecoms Gross Profit, monthly team and rep targets, monthly new business targets and existing customer renewals
- assist in development of new/enhanced products
- analyse, evaluate and report on individual, team and department performances against targets and allocate commission payments
- with the support of the finance team, manage the sales conversion and output in the weekly forecast review
- any other duties as may be reasonably required
- review output and ROI for all marketing activity
