Responsibility
- planned, preventative and responsive repairs service to ensure that the facilities are maintained to an excellent standard
- predominantly a reactive role responding to breakdowns but also annual planned maintenance/service work
- to work on high pressure/temperature installations in client district heating system properties
- PPM's
- PPMs
- undertake general property maintenance & repairs throughout our properties including carpentry, tiling and general repairs to doors, windows & locking systems
- maintenance
- PPM's and Reactive maintenance
Requirements
- minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance
- valid COMCAT Certification
- previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
- F-Gas Category 1
- A qualification in a relevant trade would be ideal
- hold Suitable Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC/Refrigeration qualifications to demonstrate desired levels of competence
- be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
- previous NHS/Healthcare experience would be useful, but all other commercial experience will be considered
