  • function as a business partner working closely with operations leadership for effective headcount planning
  • generate common reports from your forecasting model to include headcount reports, performance reports , recruiting reports, and variance analysis reports
  • support Daily profit and loss production, forecasting and analysis
  • identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • support the annual Branch Budget process
  • locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • build your headcount planning models on organisational data, such as customer demand, and involve all department heads, senior management, HR, and finance professionals in the process
