- we have an exciting opportunity for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join us in expanding our hugely popular free on-line short courses
- we are looking for people who have excellent customer service and telephone skills and are able to engage with new prospects and support them to efficiently and swiftly enrol onto their course of choice
- this is a full-time permanent role , with a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week at our Head office based in Beeston, Nottingham
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
