  • the role is to plan and deliver a product offer that satisfies the companies product strategy, pricing strategy and financial KPI's, trade it to maximise sales and profitability
  • determine stock requirements, in accordance with Demand Planning, and sign-off with senior management team prior to placing orders with suppliers
  • clearly communicate purchase orders requirements to 3rd party suppliers, and follow through to ensure they are fulfilled on time
  • you will work within the merchandise team in addition to working closely with the buying team to analyse seasonal sales performance, profitability, consumer buying patterns, market trends and work to identify areas of opportunity and risk
  • you will be responsible for ensuring that the right amount of goods are available in store and are being sold at the right price as well as planning promotions and markdowns as necessary
