Responsibility
- to control and manage theonsite construction activities to meet the requirements of the Contract and Project Manager/s and the customer
- meet contractual conditions of performance

- and administer in accordance with the companies IMS requirements
- job Type: Permanent – Full Time
- maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- ensure high standards of quality and workmanship at all times to meet the requirements expected by the Company Directors and our customers
- to assist the Contract and Project Manager/s with all matters with regard to Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Quality Assurance Procedures and Work Instructions as applicable
Requirements
- site Management Safety Training Scheme or similar approved
- construction Skills Certification Scheme , Site Manager level would be considered an advantage
- experience in deep utilities; District Heating is preferable however, Gas and Water are also accepted
- proven experience as a Site Manager
- understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements and legislation
- experience in installation and maintenance of Temporary Works
- able to understand and communicate safe systems of work including method statements and risk assessments and COSHH risk assessments
- ability to work to prioritise effectively
