Responsibility
- be commercially aware and to establish strong working relationships with suppliers
- sourcing the best products & establish the best price from the most suitable supplier
- review ranges and product categories for our RETAIL & TRADE websites, ensure pricing is accurate and in line with company's objectives
- planning and placing orders, negotiating prices for immediate and long term scheduled orders
- ensure cost effectiveness wherever possible when buying in bulk
- collaborate with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms, ensuring competitive pricing and product availability
- conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new product opportunities
- review sales data and customer feedback to make informed buying decisions and adjust the product mix accordingly
