Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- design control systems for range of equipment for semi-conductor and heat pump sectors
- design and integrate hardware into PLC based control architecture
- produce and document all project plans
- document and control project budgets
- work with PLC’s, Siemens, Omron and Rockwell based systems
- provide installation and commissioning support
- configuration and programming of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and IIOT systems
- ensure designs meet statutory requirements for global regions
Requirements
- possess thorough understanding of PLC & HMI software development
- knowledge of PLC programming languages i.e. Structured Text, Ladder, SFC
- experience integrating VSDs, Motor Controller, Sensors, Vision Systems
- possess a full UK/EU drivers license
- must be resident in the UK and legally entitled to work in the country
- ability to commute to Livingston preferable
- engineering: 2 years
