project manager
Responsibility
- lead and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive MEP plans and strategies
- oversee the procurement process, including evaluating and selecting MEP subcontractors and suppliers
- coordinate and manage MEP design reviews, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations
- monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise
- conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure MEP installations are carried out according to design and quality requirements
- manage MEP project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- lead and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and teamwork
Requirements
- experience with public health services, managing infrastructure, and large apartment/residential fit outs
- proven experience as a Construction MEP Project Manager, successfully delivering MEP systems within construction projects
- strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, regulations, and best practices
- excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and manage teams
- proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- strong problem–solving and decision–making abilities, with a proactive and solution–oriented mindset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- attention to detail and a focus on quality and excellence in project delivery
