- to manage a small team in the daily running and forward planning of the business activities
- to uphold and follow all company policies
- to maintain and ensure all customer requirement are met
- to manage all night staff and drivers
Requirements
- good communication
- experience of managing a similar operation on nights preferred
- working knowledge of drivers hours and related legislation
- understanding of managing Health & Safety in the workplace
- CPC holder preferred but not essential
- ability to manage staff and deal with any issues that arise
- ability to work under pressure
