Responsibility

  • management of the on-site team, who provide 24/7 concierge cover to residential development with approximately 200 flats
  • providing courteous, professional and timely customer service to residents, visitors and contractors
  • coordinating and cooperating with managing agent on a daily basis
  • accountable to Board of Directors
  • delivering excellent customer service by managing the in-house team to residents, leasees and visitors; resolving most queries and issues at the first point of contact
  • present a friendly, professional, courteous, positive image of FTW
  • co-operating with the managing agent to ensure that the development is well maintained and, where maintenance or other works are necessary, ensuring that contractors are appropriately supervised / briefed to minimise risk to residents
  • maintaining daily on site inspections pro-actively to identify matters to be notified to the managing agent for attention before they cause problems or inconvenience to residents
