Requirements
previous experience as an Employability & ESOL Teacher or in a similar role
previous experience as an ESOL teacher or in a similar role
knowledge of various methods of teaching English to non-native speakers
excellent organisational and communication skills
A calm and resilient personality
ability to handle work under pressure
ESOL, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification
driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally

as an Employability & ESOL Teacher , you’ll create tailored educational plans based on each student’s needs and evaluate their progress through assignments and assessments
you’ll organise courses for non-native speakers, employing diverse activities and methods that cover all aspects of the English language, including speaking, writing, and comprehension
you'll work with each student to understand their employment journey and support with building the confidence, improving their CV's and interview skills
