  • the majority of the claims will be commercial with some domestic losses to deal with

  • they currently have an opening available within their commercial claims team, dealing with a wide variety of claims from notification through to settlement
  • our client is keen to provide a high level of service and understands the importance of providing a robust claims service, willing to go above and beyond to ensure a favourable and speedy settlement
  • the role is mainly office based, however, you may need to visit clients with the AE’s from time to time to discuss claims and claims prevention; There will be lots of client and insurer contact via telephone on a daily basis and the business is very committed to providing a professional, enjoyable and team oriented working environment
  • ideal applicants will have previous experience dealing with claims, ideally within a broking environment, although we are happy to receive application from those of you working for insurers and loss adjusters
  • previous Acturis use would be useful, but not essential. Study towards ACII will be fully supported. This role comes with an excellent salary and full benefits, plenty of parking available and possible hybrid working if needed
