diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications used across the business
help to maintain documentation for all systems , including system architecture updates
assist all users with any IT and digital related incident, whether desk side or remote, logging support tickets to document system changes and resolution actions
quality engineer

support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System
help maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 and associated regulatory requirements
work closely with project teams to ensure quality is embedded in all stages of product development
contribute to process improvements and drive efficiency across quality operations
support the tracking and management of Quality Incidents and Non-Conformances
assist in the preparation for client audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations
learn and apply internal auditing and continuous improvement techniques to enhance processes
participate in risk management activities, ensuring quality risks are identified and mitigated
