it support technician

Responsibility

  • work in conjunction with Crux third party IT solutions provider to escalate and progress tickets and project work
  • install and configure new IT equipment
  • resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware including printers and scanners
  • maintain and ensure compliance to security arrangements for all IT systems
  • maximise and promote system utilisation by all users
  • diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications used across the business
  • help to maintain documentation for all systems , including system architecture updates
  • assist all users with any IT and digital related incident, whether desk side or remote, logging support tickets to document system changes and resolution actions

quality engineer

Responsibility

  • support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System
  • help maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 and associated regulatory requirements
  • work closely with project teams to ensure quality is embedded in all stages of product development
  • contribute to process improvements and drive efficiency across quality operations
  • support the tracking and management of Quality Incidents and Non-Conformances
  • assist in the preparation for client audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • learn and apply internal auditing and continuous improvement techniques to enhance processes
  • participate in risk management activities, ensuring quality risks are identified and mitigated
