Responsibility
- support the implementation of the BPF Hub changes, by developing a hub team to support client services across the whole Hub
- support the implementation of the Cruse client pathway
- ensure the national Support Line receives information about local Cruse services, and waiting times
- co-ordinate the introduction of the new CRM and support the transition from CIS
- ensure assessment, risk assessment and monitoring are recorded appropriately
- ensure that the flow of clients from the Support Line to local services works effectively, so that clients get the most timely, high quality support
- monitor and support Branches to address unmet needs in local areas, overseeing any associated strategy and implementation
- maintain an overview of current service delivery, including types and quantities of services delivered throughout the Branches
