  • maintenance of the Accounts Payable Ledger to ensure efficient processing of invoices for timely payment
  • resolving invoice queries
  • general reception duties
  • undertake any other duties as given by the Financial Accountant
  • order lunches and taxis as required
  • arrange travel and accommodation for visitors
  • daily review of preliminary invoice report

Requirements

  • operate in a high volume Accounts Payable Team, preferably in a manufacturing ERP environment
  • communicate effectively with fellow colleagues and external suppliers
  • organise and prioritise a busy workload
  • resolve purchase invoice queries with suppliers and colleagues in a professional manner
